Notes

The storage period for data provided by you is determined by the legal retention periods and the erasure regulations of the relevant department responsible for your case. The project is in the area of competence of the NAGMO (Natural protection, Geodata, and mobility) and an erasure of the data is provided after 10 years.

You have the right to information about personal data concerning you as well as to rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of said data, and to objection to the processing.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; however, we point out that the processing of your data was lawful up to the point of withdrawal, due to your prior consent. If you believe that your rights have not been respected, or not sufficiently respected, you have the option of making a complaint to the data protection authority.

Not providing your data would have the following consequences:

You will not be able to receive the newsletter from the Intereg SK-AT project CITY NATURE, and we cannot respond to inquiries addressed to us via the contact form.
